BY CAR

From Aarhus: FÆNGSLET is located 46 km south of Aarhus. Follow the E45 motorway towards Kolding and continue on the E56 towards Horsens.

BY TRAIN

Travelling with DSB, the journey from Aarhus Central Station to Horsens Station takes approximately 30 minutes.

From Horsens Station, it's a 20–25 minute walk to FÆNGSLET.

BY BUS OR TAXI

Take Bus No. 9 towards Priorsløkkevej via Forum Horsens.

Travel from Horsens Station to the Nørretorv stop. From there, it's approximately a 15-minute walk to FÆNGSLET.

Taxis are available from Horsens Station.

Parking

FÆNGSLET offers 800 free parking spaces, including a limited number of spaces for coaches.

P1 is reserved for Prison Museum visitors. Accessible parking is available near the main entrance by the Green Gate. There are 20 EV charging stations across P1 and P2.

During busy periods, you can also park in the surrounding area or use the alternative parking spaces at Vesthallen on Fussingsvej, just a few minutes' walk from the main entrance.

Please note that coaches bringing museum visitors cannot be guaranteed parking on concert days. Depending on the event, however, they may drop off and pick up passengers close to FÆNGSLET.
